Rainy Days are here

The rainy season is finally here. All of the plants and animals breathe a huge sigh of relief as the drought breaks. Thankfully the dry season was not too fierce this year, and the 'iguana rains' that periodically freshen the dry season were more frequent than usual. Iguana rains are so-named as they arrive in time to soften the ground and allow the iguanas to lay their eggs.

Additional bonus of the dry season - we get some amazing flowers appear and the hummingbirds go crazy for them. Beautiful!
